Parmentier Soup
  • For : 2 to 3 servings

For this recipe, you need :

  • green part of 3 leeks
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon crème fraîche
  • salt

Technical Stages :

  • Finely mince the leek.
  • Put it in a pot with the peeled and diced potato.
  • Add 1 litre of water. Cook for 30 minutes.
  • Mix in a blender. Add the cream.
