  • 100 g onions
  • 100 g carrots
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 celeri stick
  • 1 bouquet garni
  • 100 g lean bacon
  • 1,2 kg tomatos
  • water or consommé
  • 150 g rice
  • salt
  • pepper
  • butter

Technical stages for Tomato Potage :

  • carrots and onions.
  • in butter with crushed garlic, celeri stick, bouquet garni and diced lard without browning.
