  • juice of one lemon
  • 10 cl oil
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • bread crumbs
  • salt
  • Cayenne pepper

  • Cut the chicken into pieces.
  • Let it marinate in lemon juice for one hour, turning it form time to time.
  • Coat the pieces with oil. Add salt and pepper.
  • Bake in a warm oven for 15 minutes.
  • Brush the pieces of chicken with Dijon mustard.
  • Bread them.
  • Bake again in a waarm oven for a few minutes to nicely brown the bread crumbs.
  • Serve warm.
