Technical stages for Chicken à la Diable :
- Cut the chicken into pieces.
- Let it in lemon juice for one hour, turning it form time to time.
- Coat the pieces with oil. Add salt and pepper.
- Bake in a warm oven for 15 minutes.
- Brush the pieces of chicken with Dijon mustard.
- Bread them.
- Bake again in a waarm oven for a few minutes to nicely brown the bread crumbs.
- Serve warm.
