Technical stages for Chicken in Yellow Wine :
- Season the pieces of chicken with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Heat up the butter and oil in a casserole dish, then brownthe chicken for a few minutes, until golden. Add the chopped shallots and 1/2 glass yellow wine.

- Set the chicken aside but keep it warm. Add cream and let for 5 minutes.
