Ingredients for Potato Puree :

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 50 g butter
  • 4 dl 2% milk
  • salt

Technical stages for Potato Puree :

  • Dice the potatoes and boil them in salted water for 15 to 20 minutes after a boiling point is reached.
  • Drain and mash them with a fork.
  • Transfer to a pot and, over low heat, gradually add the butter, stirring.
  • Warm up the milk and salt it. Pour it in gradually, stirring.
  • As soon as the milk is completely absorbed, stop stirring or else the puree will turn elastic and lose its lightness.
  • Season and serve immediately.
  • SLIM TIPS :
  • In a low-fat diet, reduce the amount of butter by half.
  • In a low cholesterol diet, replace the butter by 2 tablespoons olive oil.
