Technical Stages :
- Cut the courgettes in 5 cm long pieces and blanch them in salted boiling water for 5 minutes.
- Cool immediately under running cold water.
- Slice them and pat them dry using two layers of paper towels.
- Mix the whole eggs along with cream and milk.
- Add the breadcrimbs, parmesan, basil and a few drops of tabasco. Add salt and pepper.
- the pastry in a tart mold.
- Place the courgettes on the bottom of the pastry and pour the mixture.
- Bake 35 minutes at 180°C.
- When finished, leave to cool slightly and serve.
