Prepare all ingredients:
Cut the courgettes in 5 cm long pieces...
...and blanch them in salted boiling water for 5 minutes.
Cool immediately under running cold water.
Slice them in rounds and pat them dry using two layers of paper towels.
Mix the whole eggs along with cream and milk.
Add the breadcrumbs, parmesan...
...basil and a few drops of tabasco. Add salt and pepper.
Line the pastry in a tart mold.
Place the courgettes on the bottom of the pastry...
...and pour the mixture.
Bake 35 minutes at 180°C.
When finished, leave to cool slightly and serve.
