Prepare all ingredients:
Make a shortcrust pastry.
Leave to rest in the fridge for half an hour.
Thinly dice the bacon.
Blanch in boiling salted water for a few minutes and drain.
Thinly chop the ham.
In a bowl, beat the eggs along with milk and crème fraîche. Season with salt and pepper.
