Salmon Quiche

Ingredients for Salmon Quiche :

  • 200 g puff pastry
  • 30 g butter
  • 400 g salmon fillet
  • 3 eggs
  • 20 cl liquid cream
  • 100 g cantal
  • 2 tablespoons chopped dill
  • salt
  • pepper

Technical stages for Salmon Quiche :

  • Roll out the puff pastry.
  • Line it in a buttered tart mold.
  • Poke the shell with a fork.
  • Prebake the tart shell.
  • In a salad bowl, beat the eggs with the cream.
  • Add the diced cantal, chopped dill. Season.
  • Cut the salmon in strips.
  • Place these strips on the baked pie shell.
  • Pour the mixture over the salmon.
  • Bake 30 minutes at 180°C.
  • When finished, leave to cool slightly and serve.
