Technical stages for Quiche Tatin :
- Place the swiss cheese and the selected ingredients in the silicone prints. Pour the quiche preparation on top.
- Cut the slice of sandwich loaf using a cookie cutter the same diameter as the print and place it on top of the prints by slightly pressing on the edges.
- Bake 20 minutes at 180°C.
- Can be served with a salad or cut in pieces for apéritif!
