Ingredients for Quiche Tatin :

  • 2 eggs
  • 20 cl crème fraîche
  • salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • grated Swiss cheese
  • Diced bacon or cooked/cured ham or tuna
  • 6 large slices of sandwich loaf

Technical stages for Quiche Tatin :

  • Place the swiss cheese and the selected ingredients in the silicone prints. Pour the quiche preparation on top.
  • Cut the slice of sandwich loaf using a cookie cutter the same diameter as the print and place it on top of the prints by slightly pressing on the edges.
  • Bake 20 minutes at 180°C.
  • Can be served with a salad or cut in pieces for apéritif!
