Prepare all ingredients:
Place the swiss cheese and the selected ingredients in the silicone prints.
Pour the quiche preparation on top.
Cut the slice of sandwich loaf using a cookie cutter the same diameter as the print...
...and place it on top of the prints by slightly pressing on the edges.
Bake 20 minutes...
...at 180°C.
When cooked, leave to cool slightly...
...and umold the quiches tatins one by one.
Can be served with a salad or cut in pieces for apéritif!
