Technical Stages :
- Dice the ham.
- Heat up the oil in a large pot. Brown the ham cubes. Add the frozen peas, mix well.
- Heat up the broth.
- Pour the rice in the pot, like for pillaf rice, until translucent.
- Pour the white wine, mix to soak the rice. Add the broth, salt (not much because of the ham), add pepper. Cover and cook over low heat for 18 minutes or until cooked. Taste it.
- the parlsey and mix it juste before serving.

- A well balanced recipe: cereal and vegetables, that is, glucids and vegetal proteins ; animal proteins with the ham ; insaturated fatty acids from olive oil, vitamins from the parsley.
