  • 250 g flour
  • 100 g icing sugar
  • 125 g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 25 g almond powder
  • 2 teaspoons green tea
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 litre chocolat sorbet

Prepare all the ingredients.

Mix the butter along with eggs.

Add icing sugar...

Soon you will have a homogeneous dough, leave to rest in the fridge for 2 hours.

Roll out the dough replacing flour with icing sugar.

Cut eight 15 cm long rectangles...
