Lemon Cookies

Ingredients for Lemon Cookies :

  • 200 g butter
  • 170 sugar
  • 2 lemon zests
  • 1 egg
  • 50 g milk
  • 350 g flour
  • 8 g baking powder

Technical stages for Lemon Cookies :

  • Whisk the butter and sugar until pale and add the lemon zests. Add the egg and milk. Then, without kneading the dough too much, add the flour mixed with the baking powder.
  • Lay the mixture with a crimpled pastry bag on a sheet of baking paper.
  • Bake the cookies for 10 minutes at 180°C or 356°F. Remove them from the paper while still warm, and leave to cool on a rack.
