  • 2 bunch watercress
  • 1 apple
  • 100 g cantal or emmental cheese
  • 2 or 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 lemon

Technical stages for Watercress Salad :

  • Boil the eggs.
  • Wash the watercress. Peel the apple and dice it along with the cheese.
  • Shell the eggs and slice them.
  • Prepare the dressing with the oil and lemon juice.
  • In a salad bowl, put the watercress, diced apple and cheese. Baste with the vinaigrette and blend. Add the egg slices and serve.
