Ingredients for Pasta Salad :

  • 350 g pasta (penne)
  • 150 g boiled ham
  • 350 g tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 can flaked tuna in water
  • 200 g peas
  • 12 black olives
  • olive oil
  • 1 juice of a lemon
  • basil
  • For the dressing:
  • 2 Tsp wine vinegar
  • 6 Tsp olive oil
  • 1 chopped garlic clove
  • salt
  • pepper

Technical stages for Pasta Salad :

  • Cook the pasta "Al dente" 8 to 10 minutes following the instructions on the packaging.
  • Drain and baste immediately with 2 tablespoons olive oil.
  • Mix well.
  • the tomatoes.
  • Peel them and cut them in two.
  • Remove the seeds and dice.
  • Slice the ham.
  • Finely the onion and slice the bell pepper into strips and cook the peas . Drain and under running cold water.
  • Mix all the ingredients and add a drizzle of lemon juice.
  • Separately, in a small bowl, make a vinaigrette with a bit of garlic and the ingredients listed above.
  • Mix the vegetables with vinaigrette. Reserve in the fridge until serving.
  • Dress in a soup plate and decorate using a few leaves of basil.
