Prepare all ingredients.

Cook the pasta "Al dente" 8 to 10 minutes following the instructions on the packaging.

Drain...

...and baste immediately with 2 tablespoons olive oil.

Mix well.

Prepare the tomatoes.

Peel them and cut them in two.

Remove the seeds and dice.

Slice the ham.

Finely chop the onion and slice the bell pepper into strips.

Cook the peas à l'anglaise. Drain and refresh under running cold water.

Mix all the ingredients and add a drizzle of lemon juice.

Separately, in a small bowl, make a vinaigrette with a bit of garlic and the ingredients listed above.

Mix the vegetables with vinaigrette. Reserve in the fridge until serving.

Dress in a soup plate and decorate using a few leaves of basil.
