Fennel Salad with Crab and Shrimps

For this recipe, you need :

  • 3 bulbs of fennel
  • 20 shrimps
  • 1 can crab meat
  • 3 eggs
  • olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • salt
  • pepper

Technical Stages :

  • Boil the eggs for 10 minutes after reaching boiling point. Refresh, drain.
  • Wash the fennel and coarsely grate the bulbs.
  • Cut th eggs in two and mash the yolks. Add olive oil and lemon juice, mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Mix with the grated fennel. Add the diced egg whites and toss.
  • Put in a plate and decorate with the shelled shrimps and the crab meat.
  • Tips:
  • This really easy and original recipe will surprise your guests. Do not tell anyone it is fennel efore they tasted it, as many people are prejudiced against this delicious vegetable. This is a very light dish, besides being tasty.
  • Chose a fresh and firm fennel.
