Peel the melon and cut into balls using a melon baller.

Tail and wash the stawberries. Cut the big ones in two. Peel and cut in pieces the mango and slice the kiwi fruits.

In a large salad bowl, gather all the fruits.

Add at last the banana and sprinkle with the juice of a lemon so that it does not turn brown.

Add the caster sugar or cane sugar syrup, vanilla sugar, rum, orange juice and a few fresh sliced mint leaves. Gently mix the fruit salad. Reserve in the fridge.

When serving, pour all the cold fruit salad into the watermelon. Decorate with a few sprigs of fresh mint and serve immediately.
