Ingredients for Pasta Salad with Vegetables :

  • 200 g rotini pasta
  • 250 g frozen mixed vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli, courgettes, carrots ...)
  • 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 75 g diced bacons
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Technical stages for Pasta Salad with Vegetables :

  • Cook the rotini pasta following the cooking time mentioned on the packaging.
  • Once cooked "al dente", drain them and rince them under cold water.
  • In a pan, brown the diced bacon for a few minutes.
  • Remove and put aside.
  • Sauté the vegetables for 4 to 5 minutes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  • Prepare the vinaigrette.
  • In a salad bowl, mix pasta with vegetables, capers and bacon
  • Coat with dressing and mix thoroughly.
  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
