Prepare all ingredients.
Cook the rotini pasta following the cooking time mentioned on the packaging.
Once cooked "al dente", drain them and rince them under cold water.
In a pan, brown the diced bacon for a few minutes.
Remove and put aside.
Sauté the vegetables for 4 to 5 minutes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Prepare the vinaigrette.
In a salad bowl, mix pasta with vegetables, capers and bacon.
Coat with dressing and mix thoroughly.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
