Technical stages for Potato Salad :
- Cook the potatoes for about 15 minutes (they must come out tender but firm).
- Cut the celery in . You may use a mandolin.
- Thinly slice the potatoes.
- Thinly chop the herbs.
- In a salad bowl, place on top of the salad, potatoes, celery and herbs. Mix delicately.
- Prepare the sauce:Mix salt and vinegar together.
- Whisk as you add the oil, then lemon and pepper. You can soften with a little bit of water. Mix together.
- Sprinkle the salad with this sauce. You may also serve on the side in a sauce bowl.
- Finally, thinly slice the cured ham and place on the salad.
