BBQ Sauce

  • For : 1 kg meat

Ingredients for BBQ Sauce :

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 12.5 cider vinegar
  • 450 g tomato sauce
  • 80 g vergeoise sugar
  • 3 crushed garlic cloves
  • 3 teaspoon chili powder
  • salt
  • 2 pinch cayenne pepper

Technical stages for BBQ Sauce :

  • Mix all the ingredients in a pot and simmer for 10 minutes approximately, until the sauce turns thick.
  • Marinate your meat in this sauce before roasting it on your barbecue. Frequently baste with sauce while roasting.
