BBQ Sauce (2)

  • For : 1 kg meat
  • Time : 24 h + 40 min.
  • Difficulty : easy

Ingredients for BBQ Sauce (2) :

  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 25 cl beef broth
  • 25 cl dry white wine
  • 140 g tomato paste
  • 25 cl orange juice
  • 1.5 teaspoons oregano
  • 6 tablespoons oil
  • 2 pinch salt
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon mustard

Technical stages for BBQ Sauce (2) :

  • Mix all the ingredients without cooking them.
  • Marinate for 24 hours or more in the fridge, frequently turning the pieces of meat. While roasting (on a BBQ or warm oven), baste every 10 minutes.
