BBQ Sauce (3)

  • For : 1 kg meat
  • Time : 15 minutes
  • Difficulty : easy

Ingredients for BBQ Sauce (3) :

  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 140 g tomato paste
  • salt
  • 2 teaspoons fresh basil
  • 250 g honey
  • 20 cl beef broth
  • 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons red wine

Technical stages for BBQ Sauce (3) :

  • Finely chop the onions, garlic, pepper, and cook in olive oil. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the wine, and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Pour the wine at the end, and cook for anotehr minute.
