For this recipe, you need :
70 g butter
70 g flour
1 litre milk

nutmeg
Technical Stages :
Prepare a

with the butter and flour.
Pour the boiling milk on the cooled roux.
Whisk until smooth. Bring to a boiling point and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
Season with salt, pepper, cayenne and nutmeg.
