Marinière Sauce

Ingredients for Marinière Sauce :

  • 40 g flour
  • 40 g butter
  • 1/2 litre fish broth
  • 20 cl white wine
  • salt
  • pepper

  • Prepare a white roux. Moisten with boiling fish broth and white wine. Cook the sauce for a few minutes over medium heat, stirring frequently.
  • Season if needed.
