Technical stages for Spicy Sauce :
- Slightly brown the chopped shallots and onion.
- Add the vinegar and to a tablespoonful.
- Add the semi-glaze sauce. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
- Finish up by adding the sliced pickles, away from the heat.
