Ingredients for Tartar Sauce :

  • 1/4 litre mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 100 g pickles
  • 1 small onion
  • parsley, chervil, tarragon, chives
  • cayenne pepper

  • Finely chop the onion.
  • Finely chop the capers and pickles.
  • Sort the herbs and chisel to obtain 1 tablespoon of each.
  • Mix with the mayonnaise. Season liberally (it must be spicy).
  • USES:
  • To go along ground beef, but also fried or poached fish.
