  • 400 g salmon fillet
  • 10 g sugar
  • 50 g olive oil
  • 50 g coarse sea salt
  • 15 g mignonnette pepper
  • 1/2 bunch chopped dill
  • salt, pepper
  • lemon

Technical stages for Dill Marinated Raw Salmon :

  • Sprinkle the salmon with sugar and brush with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle with coarse salt, and mignonnette pepper.
  • Cover with chopped dill (1/2 bunch) and wrap hermetically in plastic film.
  • Keep refrigerated for 3 days.
  • Slice finely the salmon.
  • Arrange in plates with lemon.
  • Decoration of your choice.
