Dill Marinated Raw Salmon
Technical stages for Dill Marinated Raw Salmon :
- Sprinkle the salmon with sugar and brush with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with coarse salt, and pepper.
- Cover with chopped dill (1/2 bunch) and wrap hermetically in plastic film.
- Keep refrigerated for 3 days.
- Slice finely the salmon.
- Arrange in plates with lemon.
- Decoration of your choice.
