Roasted Salmon on Skin
  • For : 4 servings
  • Time : 35 minutes
  • Difficulty : easy

For this recipe, you need :

  • 1 small salmon
  • grapeseed oil
  • salt

Technical Stages :

  • Dress carefully the salmon, remove the fillets starting by the head, bone it and cut in slices.
  • Warm up a pan, pour a bit of grapeseed oil. Put the slices of salmon skin side first, cook until it turns crunchy and golden.
  • Add salt.
  • Arrange in a plate.
