  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Coulis of piquillos:
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 20 cl liquid cream
  • 150 g canned peppers del piquillos

Heat a bit of olive oil in a pan. When oil is very hot, sear the steaks on the sesame side for 1 minute.
