Technical Stages :
- Heat up the milk with the sugar, salt and spliced vanilla.
- Sprinkle the semolina over the boiling milk, stir.
- Add the butter cut in chunks and stir again.
- Preheat the oven at 180°C or 356°F.
- Pour the mix in a baking dish, cover with aluminium foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- You can add dried fruits: raisins or diced apricots or diced candied fruits or prunes.
- SLIM TIP:
- In a low-fat diet, you can skip the butter.
- This dessert is rich in glucids and calcium, thanks to the milk.
