Semolina in Milk
  • For : 4 to 6 servings
  • Time : 50 minutes
  • Difficulty : easy

For this recipe, you need :

  • 1 litre 2% milk
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 250 g semolina
  • 75 g butter

Technical Stages :

  • Heat up the milk with the sugar, salt and spliced vanilla.
  • Sprinkle the semolina over the boiling milk, stir.
  • Add the butter cut in chunks and stir again.
  • Preheat the oven at 180°C or 356°F.
  • Pour the mix in a baking dish, cover with aluminium foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  • You can add dried fruits: raisins or diced apricots or diced candied fruits or prunes.
  • SLIM TIP:
  • In a low-fat diet, you can skip the butter.
  • This dessert is rich in glucids and calcium, thanks to the milk.
