  • 650 g sugar
  • 200 g glucose

Weigh all the ingredients.

Put the water in a saucepan. Sprinkle in the sugar.

Bring to a boil.

Boil for 3 to 4 minutes until sugars are completely dissolved. Turn off the heat. Leave to cool before use.
