Ingredients for Coffee Syrup :

  • 20 cl water (200 g)
  • 50 cl sugar
  • 80 g dehydrated coffee (Nescafe for instance)
  • 100 g coffee alcohol

Technical stages for Coffee Syrup :

  • Prepare all the ingredients.
  • Put the water, sugar, and soluble coffee in a pot.
  • Mix and bring to a boiling opint. Let it boil for a few minutes until it turns into a syrup.
  • Let it cool. Add the coffee liqueur. Keep until use.
