Ingredients for Passion Soaking Syrup :

  • 1 litre water
  • 450 g sugar
  • 150 g passion fruit juice
  • 150 ml rum

Technical stages for Passion Soaking Syrup :

  • Cook the sugar with the water. As soon as it reaches a boiling point and the sugar is fully dissolved, count 5 minutes and remove from the stove.
  • Let it cool. Combine the fruit juice and rum.
