  • For : 1 litre
  • Time : 50 minutes
  • Difficulty : easy

For this recipe, you need :

  • 180 g sugar
  • 60 g glucose
  • 80 ml water
  • 680 g strawberry pulp

Technical Stages :

  • Bring the water to a boil along with sugar and glucose. Leave to boil until the sugar is completely dissolved and forms a syrup.
  • Add the strawberry pulp and pass through a chinois sieve.
  • Leave to cool and seal .
