Ingredients for Raspberry Sherbet :

  • 180 g sugar
  • 60 g glucose
  • 200 ml water
  • 555 g raspberry pulp

Technical stages for Raspberry Sherbet :

  • Bring the water with the sugar and glucose to a boiling point. Let it boil until the sugar is completely dissolved and forms a syrup.
  • Add the raspberry pulp and pass through a sieve.
  • Cool down and put in the ice-cream maker.
