Ingredients for Sherbet with 4 Fruits :

  • 425 g mashed bananas
  • 500 g mashed pineapple
  • 750 ml orange juice
  • 125 ml lemon juice
  • grenadine
  • 500 ml 30° syrup

Technical stages for Sherbet with 4 Fruits :

  • Mix the 4 different fruits. Add the 30° syrup and a bit of grenadine for the color.
  • Put in the ice-cream maker.
