  • 40 g medium wheat semolina
  • 100 g cucumbers
  • 100 g red bell peppers
  • 100 g green bell peppers
  • 150 g ripe tomatoes
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon salad dressing
  • salt
  • pepper
  • fresh mint

Technical stages for Taboulé :

  • Mix the semolina and lemon juice in a bowl. Add salt and pepper. Mix and let sit in the fridge.
  • Cut the vegetables into a brunoise. Mix the raw vegetables with the semolina. Finely chop the mint, mix it with the dressing and add to the semolina.
  • Mix well.
  • Let sit for 2 hours in the fridge before serving.
