Tuna Tabouleh

Ingredients for Tuna Tabouleh :

  • 200 g medium semolina
  • 500 g tomatoes
  • 200 g canned tuna
  • 2 lemons
  • 5 shallots
  • 1 bunch coriander
  • 1 bunch fresh mint
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Technical stages for Tuna Tabouleh :

  • Put the semolina in a bowl. Level the surface and cover completely with water. Leave aside for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally with a fork. Add the lemon juice. Add salt, pepper. Combine the chopped shallots and herbs. Pour olive oil on top. Mix thoroughly.
  • Keep refrigerated for 2 hours.
  • Drain and coarsly mash the tuna. Slice the tomatoes. Add them with the tuna to the tabouleh. Mix again. Season if needed.
  • Serve cold.
