Technical stages for Tuna Tabouleh :
- Put the semolina in a bowl. Level the surface and cover completely with water. Leave aside for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally with a fork. Add the lemon juice. Add salt, pepper. Combine the chopped shallots and herbs. Pour olive oil on top. Mix thoroughly.
- Keep refrigerated for 2 hours.
- Drain and coarsly mash the tuna. Slice the tomatoes. Add them with the tuna to the tabouleh. Mix again. Season if needed.
- Serve cold.
