  • 500 g fresh tagliatelles
  • 50 g butter
  • 125 g smoked salmon
  • 3 tablespoons capers
  • 2 tablespoons dill
  • juice of half a lemon
  • salt
  • pepper

Technical stages for Tagliatelle with Smoked Salmon :

  • Cook the tagliatelles in boiling salted water. They must be "al dente".
  • Meanwhile, in a small pan, melt 50 g of butter and add thin slices of smoked salmon, capers, chopped dill and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Drain the tagliatelles and put them back in the empty pot.
  • Add the salmon mix and mix well.
  • Serve immediately.
