For this recipe, you need :

  • 1 french baguette
  • mayonnaise
  • toothpicks
  • quail eggs
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • dill

Technical Stages :

  • Thinly slice the baguette diagonally.
  • Using a metal spatula, spread the slices of bread with mayonnaise.
  • Cut the cherry tomatoes and hard boiled quail eggs in half (boiled 4 minutes in salted water).
  • Place them on toast.
  • Hold them together with a toothpick.
  • Decorate with a sprig of dill.
