For this recipe, you need :

  • 1 french baguette
  • toothpicks
  • rillettes
  • baby pickles

Technical Stages :

  • Thinly slice the baguette diagonally.
  • Using a metal spatula, mound the rillettes on the slices of bread.
  • Cut the baby pickles in half lengthwise, spear them with the toothpicks and stick into the tapas diagonally.
