  • toothpicks
  • mayonnaise
  • surimi or crabmeat
  • dill

Important points for Tapas with Surimi :

  • Thinly slice the baguette diagonally.
  • In a small bowl shred the surimi or slice the sticks. Add the mayonnaise and mix well.
  • Using a metal spatula or a teaspoon , place the preparation on the slices of bread.
  • Decorate with a sprig of dill.
