For this recipe, you need :

  • 1 french baguette
  • softened butter
  • toothpicks
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 goat cheese log
  • herbes de Provence

Technical Stages :

  • Thinly slice the French baguette diagonally.
  • Using a metal spatula, butter the slices of bread.
  • Thinly slice the tomato.
  • Place the slices of tomato on buttered slices of bread.
  • Cut the cheese log in 2 pieces and thinly slice them.
  • Place them on the tomato slices.
  • Sprinkle with herbes de Provence.
  • Hold together with a toothpick .
