  • 100 g grated cheese
  • 100 g Roquefort
  • 300 g fromage blanc with 40% M.F.
  • 4 eggs
  • 20 cl crème fraiche
  • salt
  • pepper

Technical stages for Triple Cheese Pie :

  • Preheat your oven at 180/200°C or 356/392°F.
  • Put all the ingredients for the filling in a hand mixer bowl.
  • Mix to obtain a homogeneous and foamy mixture. Season if needed.
