Triple Cheese Pie

Ingredients for Triple Cheese Pie :

  • 250 g puff pastry
  • filling:
  • 100 g grated cheese
  • 100 g Roquefort
  • 300 g fromage blanc with 40% M.F.
  • 4 eggs
  • 20 cl crème fraiche
  • salt
  • pepper

Technical stages for Triple Cheese Pie :

  • Preheat your oven at 180/200°C or 356/392°F.
  • Put all the ingredients for the filling in a hand mixer bowl.
  • Mix to obtain a homogeneous and foamy mixture. Season if needed.
  • Roll out the puff pastry and ease into a pie pan. It is better to blind bake the shell. Pour the mix into the baked pastry and bake again for an additional 30 minutes approximately.
  • When finished, unmold and serve warm.
