Zucchini and Tomato Pie

Ingredients for Zucchini and Tomato Pie :

  • 200 g pastry dough
  • 200 g zucchinis
  • 200 g tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • thyme
  • salt
  • pepper
  • bay leaf

Technical stages for Zucchini and Tomato Pie :

  • Peel the zucchinis and onion. Peel the tomatoes.
  • Mince the onion and zucchinis, seed and dice the tomatoes.
  • Sauté everything in a non-stick pan with the crushed garlic, thyme, bay leaf, salt and pepper.
  • Let simmer for a few minutes until the water evaporates.
  • Roll out the pastry dough and line a pie baking circle with it.
  • Beat the egg and mix it with the vegetables.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 180°C or 356°F.
