Technical Stages :

• Roll out the puff pastry. Prick with a fork.
• With a 12 to 15 cm (4,72 to 5,91 inches) in diameter cardboard frame, cut puff pastry circles.
• Put on a baking sheet. Count one pastry circle per serving.
• Peel, halve and seed the apples.
• Mince in thin slices.
• Put the apples in a rosette pattern on the pastry.
• Sprinkle with brown sugar and put a knob of butter in the middle.
• Bake in warm oven at 180-200°C or 356-392°F.
• When finished, put in the middle of a large plate.
• Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the middle of the warm pie.
• Decorate with a fresh mint leave and a piece of vanilla pod to make it look like the stem and leaf of an apple.
