  • 1 granny-smith apple (per serving)
  • cane sugar (Brown Sugar)
  • butter
  • vanilla ice cream

Technical stages for Fine Caramelized Apple Pie :

  • the puff pastry. Prick with a fork.
  • With a 12 to 15 cm (4,72 to 5,91 inches) in diameter cardboard frame, cut puff pastry circles.
  • Put on a baking sheet. Count one pastry circle per serving.
  • Peel, halve and seed the apples.

  • Put the apples in a rosette pattern on the pastry.
