Prepare all the ingredients.

Roll out the puff pastry. Prick with a fork.

With a 12 to 15 cm (4,72 to 5,91 inches) in diameter cardboard frame, cut puff pastry circles.

Put on a baking sheet. Count one pastry circle per serving.

Prepare the following ingredients: apple, sugar, butter.

Peel, halve and seed the apples. Slice in thin slices.
